Emotional Freedom Techniques
Lighthouse Resources 37 Kyabra Street, Runcorn, Queensland, AustraliaThis workshop would be suitable for people interested in the treatment of stress, anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, phobias, anger, depression and abuse. EFT involves tapping on acupressure points while focusing on a particular physical sensation, emotion, or event. The approach relieves physical and/or emotional symptoms by tapping in sequence on 9 meridian points.
