| Testimonials | * Great training, thanks for the opportunity. * I now have more confidence in talking with parents and helping them open up and find their strengths. * The variety of people doing the course (age, background and experience, although all within the human services sector) helped with my learning during the workshop, everybody brought different things to the table. * The different activities kept my interest up the whole day. * I really enjoyed the opportunity to hear stories/experiences from other participants and also hearing about experience/practice of the facilitator gave a vast and varied knowledge. * As a result of this workshop, I have the prompts in building my motivational interviewing skills which help with creating meaningful questions. * The different activities, especially the road-mapping was really useful. * The PowerPoint, handouts discussions, Vicki’s energy, passion and facilitation style supported my learning during the workshop. * Vicki’s love for group facilitation and wisdom is so evident and warm. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! * I enjoyed the ORID model and found it most useful. |
