Review:
“Another outstanding addition to Jennifer Guest’s excellent series of CBT Art Workbooks for Mental and Emotional Wellbeing. These books have been invaluable for the vulnerable young adults I work with. This one is packed with clear, understandable explanations about the nature of stress and how cbt can help presented in a format which is accessible to all. You don’t have to be artistic to work through the sheets but they enable participants to develop an understanding of their emotions and explore techniques to help them in a safe and confidential way” – Alison Ruck, Teacher of young adults with social, emotional and mental health needs.
