It could be presented to entire classrooms, to small student groups or to individual students.

This resource was developed to help students learn ow to successfully navigate many of the challenges they will likely face in middle school. Each of the 17 lessons takes about 45 minutes and contains an opener, activities, a group discussion, a session evaluation and activity sheets.
